All electronic items shipped are designed to work on 220-240V. If you do not have facilities to operate on this electricity voltage, then use of the equipment is at your own risk. We will not accept back any goods that have been damaged due to use with faulty electrical sources. Please check the owners manual before use to see if your product meets the local requirements required for safe operation.

Payment can also be made by cheque or money order denominated either in US Dollars or UAE Dirhams. There will be a slight delay in shipping out such orders since we will only prepare shipment after clearance of payments (normally three weeks after deposit).

Due to manufacturer restrictions, there will not be any warranty extended on products sold by us. Should there be any problems with the product, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the manufacturer's local agent or any other trained person to repair the product. All products shipped by us have gone through our own quality control checkpoints and are deemed to be functional when shipped. Some manufacturers have many factories in different parts of the world and our supply of a brand in export could be product from any of these factories.

Once order leaves our logistics centre, you will be notified by e-mail of the estimated date of arrival and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are present at time of delivery.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the customer; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, you are considered to be the importer and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving goods.

If a recipient's address is found to be incomplete or incorrect, we may attempt to find the correct address and to complete the delivery, but we assume no responsibility for our inability to complete delivery under such circumstances. If the address is incorrect, or if delivery can't be completed, then a surcharge of US$ 10 will be imposed to the recipient.

All orders are shipped out by courier. Delivery is normally door-to-door but there may be instances where this is not possible due to courier company limitations or local laws.

US$ Prices mentioned are an indication of approximate cost of item in US$. All customers will be charged in UAE Dirhams and differences between approximation in US$ and actual billing price on the customer's credit card bill is probably attributable to different credit card companies charging different exchange rates.

For customers who have duty-free import status in the country they are residing in, a surcharge may apply for additional documentation work or extra import/export formalities that need to be completed prior to shipment which fall out of the scope of our regular / routine services for other Internet orders.
