How to Order

PLACING YOUR ORDER IS FAST & EASY

 

We welcome your enquiries for any items that you may not find in our catalogue. We also regularly entertain enquiries for bulk orders from requirements. We will be happy to source the same and offer our most competitive quotation. Please kindly allow at least 3 – 5 days for us to properly source your special request items and quote you accordingly.

 

  • Pricing & model changes: Availability of merchandise is subject to prior sale. Additionally every care has been taken while choosing merchandise for the site. In Spite of our best efforts, models offered may change due to the manufacturer’s or their agent’s introduction of the latest or improved new models. Therefore, we will always offer suggested similar substitutions for your prior approval. Please feel free to ask for a quotation for the latest information on your items of interest.
  • Important: Description / performance of products stated against each other are based on the brochures, catalogues and technical literature of the manufacturers or their agents

Import of merchandise is subject to relevant local laws and regulations. The customer is fully responsible for complying with import formalities and customs clearance procedures. Local licenses, permits, transportation, clearance, handling, storage, or other miscellaneous charges, if any, are for the Customer’s own account.

 

All merchandise is shipped at Customer’s expense and risk.

All orders are subject to our final confirmation. We also reserve the right not to ship consignments on a COD [Cash on Demand] basis.

Please note that overdue accounts will attract at 1.5% per month thereof.

  • Claims for Breakage [or] Loss: Although every effort is made to ensure that goods arrive safely and promptly, please inspect your consignment upon receipt and notify us in writing immediately in the event of any missing or damaged items.

If all or part of the consignment is missing, a Non-Delivery or Short – Landing Certificate should be obtained from the carriers or their agents. If the consignment has suffered any damages, please have the carrier or their agent’s acknowledgement the damage in writing. A formal written claim should be made on the carriers holding them responsible for any losses and /or damages.

 

If the value of the claim is over US$ 100.00, please also submit a necessary Survey Report. The consignment should be inspected by the surveyors named in the insurance policy.

A copy of the relevant documentation should be kept for your reference and the originals sent to us within 7 days so that we may file an insurance claim on your behalf. The liability of the insurance coverage terminates 2 weeks from the arrival of the consignment by the delivery date.

Unless the above procedures are followed, we may not be in the best position to claim compensation from the insurance Company. In any case, we shall not be held liable for the      re-imbursement as the decision for settling claims rest with the Insurance Company; however, we will try our best for settlement of claims in your favour.
