Huijin –ZB 100

ZB-100is a Mini Banknotes Banding Machine, developed for automatically banding a batch of banknotes, normally 100 pieces, into one tidy packet, with 20mm paper tape. Easy to use, stable, fast, space saving are some feature's that ZB-100 meets.

• A unique design to avoid folding the edge of banknotes while banding.

• External tape box and automatic tape feeding designs ensure the easy tape change.

• Optimized mechanism design allows easy access to tape feeding and troubleshooting.

• LCD display for user-friendly operation, directly showing the settings of loop size, banding tightness and sealing temperature.

• Both PE coated paper tape and PP film tape are available in one unit.

• Mode 1, strap banknotes one long band only Mode 2, strap banknotes two short bands only. Mode 3, strap banknotes 3 bands at the same time. Double-Cross strapping ensures there is no space to take out banknotes. Strapping with pressure: strap banknotes under 500-1500kg adjusting pressure. It ensures the strapped bundle is very tight and orderly, more secure for banknote bundles storage and transit.
