If you have a Canon Colorado or a Flexa Miura, here is how a combination of both have saved time and helped this signage customer expand.
In a special showcase shared on their website, Flexa’s customer focusing on sale and exclusive supply of wallpapers and canvases of a well-known brand in Europe, shared their experience of leveraging local expertise to deploy the right technology that would ensure production and quality printing. Printing with a wide durable colour gamut, meeting the standards of CE, ASTM, AgBB, GreenGuard and GreenGuard Gold certifications.
What they ended up using was a combination of OCÉ Colorado 1640, which allows them to print two images side by side and a Flexa Miura Plus it is also 1.6 m wide and is therefore fully compatible with the printing device. By combining both of these technologies, the company succeed in fulfilling the capacity of the machines that helps them to expand.
The OCE Colorado 1640 offered the unique possibility of printing out of two rolls, when a smooth change of rolls and continued printing undoubtedly increase productivity. Another big bonus was washability of wallpapers and canvases when OCÉ Colorado 1640 is the only printing technology on the market that allows their prints to be washed with water and is even resistant to acetone, increasing the utility value of products produced on the machine.
