This November newsletter is a few days late but I want to take this opportunity to wish the Government and people of UAE the very best on National Day and thank this country for the opportunity and prosperity it affords businesses like ours. We wish them continued growth and prosperity.

I have been pleased to see events in person back in Dubai and have personally attended and been a spokesperson in two: Seamless Middle East and the Middle East Retail Forum. Both events were well organised, efficiently socially distanced according to the UAE guidelines and allowed us to make that most important thing in business – a personal connection. We are now looking forward to the next major event, Gitex Technology Week, where our robots will be present at various stands. Do get in touch with our teams to find out where we are and how you can meet us to discuss more.

I had a long chat with John Lilywhite of Al Bawaba Business on their podcast around 3D printing where we explored this sector and what we are doing in it. Let me know what you think.

We are very pleased to help the Pakistan Medical Centre with our queue management system to help their clinic manage their patients better. We have also entered a special agreement with the Fortes Group to supply their students and staff with Microsoft Surface devices that meet their needs including a special microsite with options.

We have a few resources to share from our vendors, from interior décor tips and kits from HP to a special piece on how Temi can help the healthcare sector, to special tips from Nao for the education sector. We also have a great e-book download from BigRep.

Stay safe and socially distanced and hope to see you at a live event soon
