Exhibition season is well and truly upon us and all of them in person. As we prepare to send out this newsletter, we will be present at two main events. I spoke at Seamless Middle East where I joined fellow professionals on a discussion around “The new world of retail: promoting zero-touch shopping experience with instore technology” alongside Phillip Smith, Group Digital Director, Kamal Osman Jamjoom, UAE. This month we have a couple of stories around our service bots. One from Kiza Dubai who have just bought our Bella Bot to help with their customer service in the restaurant. In addition two other cafes have opted for the recently launched Kettybot.
Talking of service robots, Clean Middle East has published another piece on “Why smart buildings need smart cleaning,” referring to our Whiz robot from Softbank Robotics.
Atlas Group diversified its business by adding new HP large format printers to tap into new and lucrative opportunities in the sign and interior segment.
