We hope April is a strong month for you as Dubai (and the UAE) gears up for Eid and what has been an unusually busy Ramadan for all of us.
This month we have two customer reference stories. The first one is from Expo Centre Dhaid who took delivery of some bespoke display solutions that were custom made for them. The second is from Samsung brand stores that are now using Temi to enhance customer support from helping them select the right service to managing queues for service and support centres.
As a customer-centric company, I was invited to share on this podcast how we are shaping our customer experience through culture and technology. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we had recording it.
We were recognised by Redington as being part of the Inner Circle with a special token of appreciation. We also have updates from our vendors. The most significant one is the acquisition of Softbank Robotics Europe who are now part of United Robotics. This does not change their or our commitment to our customers for Nao and Pepper.
Several of our vendors are at JEC World including Massivit and Zund. Zund will also be at Texprocess 2022 and several others being hosted around Europe this year. With event season well and truly upon us, Whiz will be at Interclean Amsterdam showcasing its technology.
