Aiotron’s KuiqMeeting solution provides user friendly room booking and information at a glance on room availability, upcoming meetings, room facility, on demand F&B and service requests, meeting attendance capture and much more. The smart touch screen display outside the room will also double as a digital signage screen providing internal corporate communication for images, videos, wayfinding, public safety and emergency messages.
A built in digital signage system will enable the client to display corporates images, videos, public safety information and any other media or data broadcast – room specific.
Related to KuiqMeeting, KuiqView can be deployed on a large screen at the reception/lobby area. This module gives the meeting attendees a view of all the meeting status, floor plan for easy navigation. In addition, the system gives users the flexibility to choose Android or Windows OS for client device. All our tablets are industrial grade and features POE, LED status indicator lights and has option for built in RFID reader.
