Jacky’s Group of Companies has joined the Dubai Fitness Challenge once again this year. The team pledged its commitment to join the challenge to be active for 30 days with minimum 30 minutes.
Last year (2021), Jacky’s team participated and the team members registered on the Steppi app. They came 16th out of 650+ participating companies across Dubai. Jacky’s team members also took part in Dubai 5km and 10km runs while two of the team members including HR Manager, Naresh Moolchandani completed 1 billion steps in the month.
Outside the one month fitness challenge, Jacky’s were fully involved in the activities they planned internally throughout the year such as Biggest loser challenge (weight loss), Jacky’s Football Tournament, Jacky’s Cricket Tournament, Jacky’s Table Tennis Tournament. They also participated in Corporate Cricket League where Jacky’s played matches with other corporate teams of UAE such as Du, Lulu, Noon, HDFC, Galadari etc.
Moolchandani added, “We want to make sure our team gets active for 30 days while participating in this challenge and continue to be motivated for the rest of the year as we regularly arrange sports /physical activities for our team. This year also we will be participating in Dubai Run and Dubai Ride which are also part of Dubai fitness challenge month which starts from 29th October till 27th November 2022. We have also submitted our participation for the Cricket league where 12 teams will be selected by draw in the coming week.”
