Capital Bank, providing innovative banking services in Jordan, launched its humanoid personal assistant robot “Pepper”. Pepper, the humanoid robot from Softbank Robotics has been used in several banks across the world but this is a milestone implementation in Jordan. Six of these have been activated and deployed within its branches across Jordan offering customer service support for various banking features such as loan and credit card enquiries. It will also be utilized at events and other client interactions.
Capital Bank is the first bank in Jordan to provide this kind of artificial intelligence service as part of their service delivery to enhance the customer journey. This forms part of the bank’s continuous efforts in digital transformation to provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of the bank’s individual and corporate customers.

It is designed to seamless guide users for both Pepper and Temi robot among others, allowing clients to unlock their unique capabilities.
