Jumeirah Group’s home grown restaurant brand, Noodle House, has leased a second KettyBot for their new outlet on CityWalk. The restaurant chain already has one at their Souq Madinat outlet for more than a year now.
Noodle House offers Asian flavours with recipes from the best taste-hot-spots across Asia.
Emar Ramones, Operations Manager at Jumeirah Restaurants, explained, “We saw these robots at Expo at a time when restaurants were exploring new trends and looking at robots for their existing and upcoming outlets.”
Ramones added that the robots add a unique dimension to their customers’ dine-in experience, in a city that has a wide variety of F&B to tantalise people’s taste buds. The Kettybots (that Noodle House teams have nicknamed Betty) greets and escorts diners at the entrance. It is used to share information and attract passing shoppers especially in the two locations that have a continuous restaurant.
The Kettybot food delivery robot is a feature rich, affordable robot which can work very well in areas such as cafes, food courts, bakeries, quick service restaurants (QSR), dessert parlours, casual dining restaurants and lounges. Simple to set up and use, Kettybot can be a great COBOT (Co-working Robot) for any restaurants as it can work tirelessly navigating through narrow spaces bringing cheer and joy to the diners at any restaurant that values quality and reputation.

Betty adds value and brings a smile to our customers’ faces.”
In addition to the two robots, Noodle House has installed LED panels on the ceiling of their outlet in CityWalk to create special branding during special festive occasions. According to Ramones, it adds excitement and raises our profile in the community.
