Pepper the Robot has joined Oracle's team at its Innovation Hub to help the company enhance customer meetings, events, internal trainings. Oracle's team at Innovation Hub recently underwent a special training with Jackys’ team on how to use Pepper and make the most of its unique features. The special training session for 12 people at Oracle included basics such as unpacking and packing the robot, maintenance but also first steps in programming.
Piotr Romek, Innovation Hub Leader at Oracle, said, “The training session was very useful and absolutely necessary. The trainers were well prepared and will help us to expand and prepare for internal training and development session including programming sessions for employees’ kids."
Oracle plans to use Pepper to present customer service scenarios to their customers. Currently, they are also working on more advanced use cases such as digital assistant for Oracle ERP, HCM and CX solutions.
Oracle has Python, Android programmers but plans to work with Jackys’ trainers’ for specific consultations and detailed solutions development in the future.
