Sadly, the year 2020 bought huge disruptions in the world economy. However, Jacky’s Business Solutions took the opportunity to research new products and established new partnerships for some of the emerging technologies in the field of AI, Robotics, disinfection, and smart solutions to combat the crisis in record time. Samples were ordered by AIR for demonstration purposes. This helped us to continue to stay relevant and in business.
According to Manoj Ganapathi, Division Manager for VMS at Jacky's Business Solutions, “UAE is taking a lot of measures to revive the economy, such as the gold visas for professionals, 100 percent ownership for foreigners, UAE-Israel partnership, stimulus package, Covid vaccinations et cetera and the stage is well set. This sets the tone for 2021.”
“UAE and Jacky’s are prepared to scale new heights. The company recently attended exhibitions like Seamless Retail, Middle East Retail Forum and Gitex, live and in-person, opening new doors and opportunities,” he added. In addition, Ganapathi expects that Expo 2020 that will now be hosted in 2021 will boost the influx of business exhibitors and investors alike.
Jacky’s Business Solutions will continue to invest in bringing the latest smart technologies into the field of AI and Robotics. Ganapathi is optimistic and can foresee that Jacky’s will be emerging as the market leader in the field of Robotics. “We would like to see our robots to reach every home, office, school, university, government department, hotel, and retail outlet across the GCC region.”
Although Jacky’s operates directly in multiple regions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, UAE, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, the company don’t have any immediate plans to have direct engagement in new markets. However, they will develop and strengthen its ecosystem of sub distributors, system integrators, software partners across the GCC region in 2021.
