The BR-MTP Series- MTP7220 and MTP7250 is a free-standing kiosk that offers self-service and interactive functions. It is suitable for various applications such as web browsing, information or enquiry terminal, online/electronic form application, customer feedback/polling, way finding, virtual reception, etc. The kiosk can also be integrated with a queue management system for customer to select the required service and obtain a queue ticket. It is ideal for banks, hospitals, government departments, shopping malls, etc.

MTP7250 Multifunction Ticket Printer
MTP7250 is a slim and elegant free standing ticket printer that fulfills these requirements. It has an LCD panel with capacitive touch screen that offers good visibility, high
durability and reliability. The screen’s graphical user interface (GUI) is user programmable and supports
multilanguages. It incorporates voice greeting to provide a cordial feedback to the customer. Dynamic queue information such as queue lengths and/or waiting times can be displayed on the screen to assist customers in planning their visits.
The touch screen display offers user interaction and enhanc- es its functionalities. It enables multipage service menu and acts as a virtual keyboard for entering phone number, name, ID, etc.
Customer identification can be achieved by using card reader. Through integration with backend database/CRM, the customer is identified, appropriate service and priority level can then be offered. This technique surmounts the problems of misrepresentation (claiming priority falsely) and rogues (obtaining queue tickets for profit).

MTP7180 is a sophisticated and elegant desktop ticket printer that fulfills these requirements. It has a LCD panel with capacitive touch screen that offers good visibility, high durability and reliability. The screen’s graphical user interface (GUI) is user programmable and supports multilanguages.
It incorporates voice greeting to provide a cordial feedback to the customer. Dynamic queue information such as queue lengths and waiting times can be displayed on the screen to assist customers in planning their visits.
The touch screen display offers user interaction and enhances its functionalities. It offers mulitipage service menu and can provide an on screen keyboard for entering phone number, customer name/ID, etc.
In conjunction with mobile app support, an optional QR code label can be fixed on the printer to facilitate customers in registering the branch into their mobile app.
