A large-format, user-friendly 3D printer with engineering-grade materials specifically created for industrial purposes is called the BigRep STUDIO. The STUDIO is ideal for every workspace, from the office to the factory floor, with a streamlined, space-conscious body ideal for the fabrication of excellent parts in any scenario. The BigRep STUDIO is a reliable and economical way to produce large-format, high-quality parts, whether they are prototypes, finished products, or factory tooling.
The spacious build volume of the STUDIO is 1000 x 500 x 500 mm, which is ten times larger than that of typical desktop 3D printers. The fast-heating STUDIO, which has a fully enclosed build envelope and a temperature-controlled filament chamber, generates amazing results with cutting-edge materials. Its high-flow STUDIO Dual Extruder (SDX) has two nozzles (either 0.6 mm or 1.0 mm in diameter), making it ideal for printing geometrically challenging parts rapidly and successfully with ASA, PETG, water-soluble support, and abrasive materials like carbon-fiber reinforced plastic.
