Jacky’s Business Empowering Women Entrepreneurs Through Practical AI Skills

At Jacky’s Business Solutions, we see the region’s Digital Evolution as a human story as much as a technological one. The tools matter, but the people who use them and the ideas they bring to life matter more.

This month, we had the opportunity to host eight women entrepreneurs for an intimate, hands-on AI workshop led by Jen Blandos of Female Fusion. The session, part of her ongoing programme designed to help founders build confidence and capability in AI, focused on what practical, day-to-day adoption looks like inside a small business.

Creating space to learn, test, and ask questions

Many of the women who joined us run lean operations where time, resources, and capacity are constantly stretched. For them, AI isn’t about grand strategies; it is about finding ways to work smarter, automate repetitive tasks, and free themselves to focus on growth.

The workshop allowed each participant to explore how AI could support the realities of their business, whether that meant streamlining content creation, improving customer engagement, shaping stronger proposals, or simply reducing the administrative load that comes with running a company.

Because the group was small, the discussion felt personal. Participants shared challenges, compared experiences, and tested ideas in real time. It was a reminder that when technology is presented in a relatable, accessible way, it becomes less intimidating and far more empowering.

Why these conversations matter

Across the UAE, women-led businesses are playing a growing role in shaping the economy. Yet many founders tell us they often struggle to keep pace with rapid shifts in technology, especially when navigating it alone.

Workshops like this provide two things that are often missing: clarity and community. Clarity on what AI can genuinely do for them today. Community in the form of peers who are on the same journey, exploring similar questions and learning at the same pace.

For Jacky’s, supporting this kind of progress aligns with our broader commitment to enabling organisations, large or small, to use technology like Microsoft Surface in ways that make work more efficient, intuitive, and resilient.

Building confidence for the future

The strongest takeaway from the session was confidence. Not the abstract belief that AI will shape business in the years ahead, but the practical confidence that comes from understanding: here is what I can start doing tomorrow.

As one founder put it during the discussion, AI isn’t replacing her creativity or decision-making; it is giving her the space to use both more effectively.

We will continue creating opportunities for entrepreneurs to experiment with the tools shaping the region’s Digital Evolution. When technology becomes useful, accessible, and grounded in everyday needs, it has the power to level the playing field and that is where real progress begins.
