Driving Sustainability, AI, and Data Integration: Jacky’s Business Solutions Prepares for 2025

As 2024 draws to a close, Jacky’s Business Solutions reflects on a year of significant achievements, innovative developments, and strategic partnerships. The momentum built this year sets the stage for a bold, forward-thinking approach in 2025. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, AI, and data integration, Jacky’s is poised to tackle emerging opportunities and challenges head-on.

  • Expanding Sustainable Solutions and Circular Economy Initiatives

Sustainability has become a central focus for Jacky’s Business Solutions, and this strategy is set to accelerate in 2025. With a renewed commitment to sustainable products and solutions, Jacky’s aims to promote environmentally conscious practices, especially with its Microsoft Surface offerings.

Microsoft has been vocal about its use of sustainable materials in its devices, and Jacky’s is aligning with this vision. Beyond product offerings, the company is also exploring circular economy practices, with plans to introduce a take-back program for end-of-life products. This approach ensures devices are recycled responsibly, supporting the broader global push towards sustainability. Crucially, Jacky’s is shifting its sales strategy by engaging directly with sustainability officers at client companies, rather than only focusing on IT teams. This change allows for more meaningful discussions around sustainability goals and solution adoption.

By engaging with sustainability officers directly, Jacky’s is uniquely positioning itself as a key partner for organisations aiming to meet their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) goals. The move from selling hardware to offering service-based models, such as Device-as-a-Service (DaaS), supports a shift to more sustainable, usage-based product models.

    • Embracing Process Optimization with Data Integration

A key initiative for 2024 has been Jacky’s focus on integrating data across different parts of the business. As Ashish Panjabi, COO of Jacky’s Business Solutions, notes, “If you have to get anything meaningful out of it, you need to link all your data sources together.” Jacky’s internal teams have been working to consolidate data from various sources, including service data, ERP systems, and online customer insights.

This approach has already proven beneficial. For example, Jacky’s implemented a process to streamline its loyalty program, which initially required drawing data from three disparate systems. The successful integration of these data sources not only simplified the process but also provided deeper insights into customer behaviour and preferences.

As Ashish explains, “The big advantage is for a lot of people, their data is spread all over the place and none of it can be connected to get anything meaningful out of it.”

Addressing this issue internally is just the first step; the expertise gained will inform the development of data-driven solutions for Jacky’s clients in 2025. Jacky’s will offer solutions to help businesses link their ERP systems, customer service data, and product data into a cohesive whole.

Ashish Panjabi emphasizes, “If your service data doesn’t talk to your sales data, and your ERP data is separate, you’re missing out on the potential of linked insights.” By helping clients merge these data sources, Jacky’s will support better decision-making and predictive insights.

AI will be a central pillar of Jacky’s strategy for 2025. As businesses look for ways to streamline operations, reduce redundancy, and increase efficiency, Jacky’s aims to support this shift with AI-enabled solutions. Key areas of focus include:

    • RPA (Robotic Process Automation): Building on the success of 2024, Jacky’s will continue to integrate RPA into its offerings, enabling process automation for clients in industries like retail, banking, and education.
    • Machine Learning Capabilities: Ashish Panjabi notes that machine learning will play a crucial role in process optimization. The ability to “learn” from historical data will help clients predict demand, improve production cycles, and detect operational inefficiencies before they escalate.
    • AI-Powered Devices: As Samsung introduces more AI-enabled mobile devices, Jacky’s will leverage these innovations to help its clients adopt AI-powered workflows, enhancing mobile productivity and real-time decision-making.
    • Robotics and Autonomous Solutions

Robotics is set to be a major growth area for Jacky’s in 2025. Moving beyond static, single-function robots, the company will support integration with other technologies like elevators, telephony systems, and delivery workflows. The goal is to develop robotics solutions that operate in dynamic, real-world environments.

The growing trend of autonomous delivery robots — capable of navigating buildings and operating elevators autonomously — is just one example of where Jacky’s will focus its efforts. Ashish Panjabi explains that the shift is from “over-the-top solutions” to fully integrated, seamless robotic solutions that meet real-world business needs.

    • Growth in LED Displays and Visual Information Systems

While much of the focus is on AI, sustainability, and process optimization, Jacky’s also sees continued growth in its LED display business. From static signage to large-format video walls, LED displays are being embraced across sectors like retail, education, and corporate offices.

The growing demand for large, high-resolution displays for office lobbies and customer experience centres is an opportunity Jacky’s is ready to seize. In 2024, Jacky’s reported a surge in LED sales and expects this momentum to carry into 2025 as more companies prioritize digital displays over static signage both internally and externally.

    Looking Ahead

Jacky’s Business Solutions is gearing up for a year of innovation, sustainability, and growth. With sustainability-driven offerings, a stronger focus on AI and data integration, and an expanding portfolio in robotics and LED solutions, Jacky’s is well-positioned for continued success.

As Ashish puts it, “We don’t know what we don’t know — and that’s why we’re working to connect every data source possible.” This insight will undoubtedly shape Jacky’s approach as it builds on the achievements of 2024 and sets a clear course for growth in 2025.
