Jacky’s has launched the Middle East’s first high-tech facility to support Softbank’s robots around the region. Launched in partnership with Softbank, the new facility based in Dubai will be available to offer service, repairs and spare body parts for the wide range of robots already installed around the region.
According to Ashish Panjabi, COO at Jacky’s Electronics, owners of robots will no longer need to send for parts to Softbank Robotics in France but can send it to their team here in Dubai instead for most repairs.
