Emirates Printing Press (EPP), one of Dubai's leading printer and a provider of tailor-made solutions for commercial printing, folding carton packaging, flexible packaging and digital printing, has added the new Zund S3 M-1200 to its range of packaging cutters. The new machine from Zund provides a larger work area (1330 mm x 1200 mm) and allows EPP to expand its capacity for sample cutting by using a larger size board for faster turnarounds.
According to project manager and technician, Taslim Khan, the new machine’s “cutting speed and quick set-up impressed him. He added, “We are now able get clean cut samples of EVA foam material, corrugated board, PVC, grooving on thicker boards as well as kiss-cut on paper and film substrates.”
EPP is primarily using the machine for making mock-ups for its packaging products.
