The Robot PortaBase
Efficiency remains a primary driver for investment in the UAE’s manufacturing sector. Zünd will demonstrate automated material handling using a compact S3 cutter paired with the Robot PortaBase 175. This collaboration with Robotfactory illustrates how robot-assisted workflows can increase throughput and reduce the manual workload on operators.
Crucially, Zünd is introducing an open Loading & Unloading interface within the Zünd Cut Center (ZCC) software. This open architecture allows for better integration between the cutting system and various robotic solutions, providing a more stable and predictable production cycle.
