This month has been an important one for Jacky’s Business Solutions as we continue to expand our capabilities and partnerships to support the region’s enterprises in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. Each of the stories we share this month reflects a step towards helping our customers stay ahead — whether through infrastructure, mobility, or new technology choices.
At the heart of our efforts is the ground breaking for our the new Jacky’s National Logistics Hub at the National Industries Park in Dubai. This purpose-built facility will redefine how we support customers across the UAE and beyond, ensuring supply chains remain agile, efficient, and ready for the future.
Technology partnerships remain central to our journey. At Gitex 2025, in collaboration with Samsung, we will showcase how enterprise mobility is becoming the foundation of AI-driven business strategies. Meanwhile, our new partnership with Apple brings greater choice to UAE SME’s, allowing organisations to benefit from Apple’s latest devices with the reassurance of Jacky’s implementation expertise.
We also had the privilege of welcoming the Microsoft Surface team to our new headquarters (called “Ctrl -J”).. This reaffirmed our long-standing Gold Partnership for Microsoft Surfacer products and highlighted how our ElevateIT programme is helping businesses migrate to Windows 11, ahead of Windows 10 end-of-support in October 2025.
On the vendor side, innovations continue to reshape industries. ONYX 25 introduces new possibilities for smarter, faster print workflows, while Zünd’s showcase at SIMAC 2025 demonstrates how automation and AI are transforming leather processing, bringing efficiency and precision to a traditionally manual industry.
Each of these developments shares a common theme: ensuring our customers have the tools, infrastructure, and partnerships to focus on what matters most — growing their businesses with confidence.
