Jacky’s Business Solutions is supporting a key customer in Kuwait with an annual maintenance contract for its Zünd G3 digital cutting system, bringing planned servicing and technical assistance together to help maintain reliable production.
The agreement marks Jacky’s Business Solutions’ first Zünd G3 annual maintenance contract in Kuwait. Delivered by Jacky’s support team, it reflects a continued focus on helping customers care for their equipment throughout its working life.
Planned maintenance and technical support
The service agreement covers three scheduled preventive maintenance visits over the year, supported by unlimited remote technical assistance.
During each visit, the team will maintain a preventive maintenance checklist and an on-site logbook, creating a record of the machine’s service history. Engineers will also recommend parts proactively, helping the customer plan maintenance requirements and address signs of wear.
The scope includes refresher operator training and software and firmware updates when available. These services help keep equipment care and operator knowledge aligned as the machine continues to support daily production.
Helping production teams plan ahead
An unexpected equipment stoppage can disrupt work schedules and customer delivery commitments. A structured maintenance programme helps production teams plan servicing and identify potential issues before they develop into larger problems.
Remote support provides a further route to technical assistance between scheduled visits, allowing the Jacky’s team to help assess issues and advise on the next steps.
