A retail employee checking stock, a hospitality team assisting guests and a field engineer accessing job instructions have different mobile technology needs. Each business needs devices suited to the work, backed by security, consistent configuration and ongoing support.
These requirements will shape Jacky’s Business Solutions’ Samsung enterprise mobility showcase at GITEX Global 2026, taking place at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, from 8 to 11 December.
Visitors can meet the team at Hall S19, Stand H19-5 to explore Samsung devices, Knox solutions and the services needed to implement and manage business mobile fleets.
Matching devices to everyday work
The demonstration line-up will include Galaxy S26 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip8, Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S12 (Rugged), Galaxy XCover7 Pro and Galaxy Tab Active5 Pro.
The range gives organisations an opportunity to consider different formats for different roles. Foldable devices offer scope for reviewing information and working across applications while on the move. Tablets provide a larger workspace for business applications and customer-facing tasks, while rugged devices address the demands of operational environments.
Across hospitality, retail, logistics and field operations, mobile technology can support practical tasks such as accessing work information, serving customers, coordinating deliveries and keeping field teams updated.
The starting point is understanding the task, where the device will be used and what employees need to access. The device, software and accessories can then be selected around those requirements.
Security and management from the outset
As organisations expand their mobile fleets, managing devices consistently becomes as important as selecting them.
Samsung Knox solutions will be a central part of Jacky’s showcase, highlighting how businesses can approach configuration, security and centralised device management.
Planning these requirements before deployment helps establish how devices will be prepared for employees, managed by IT teams and supported over time. Employees need straightforward access to their work tools, while IT teams need visibility and control across the fleet.
Support throughout the device lifecycle
As Samsung’s managed services provider partner, Jacky’s Business Solutions helps organisations implement and manage Samsung technology.
Its enterprise mobility services include bulk procurement, Knox deployment and configuration, lifecycle management, consulting and post-deployment support. This allows customers to plan the full deployment, from choosing suitable devices to maintaining their mobile environment throughout its use.
“Mobile technology can make a real difference to productivity when it’s matched to the work people need to do and managed properly. Security, consistent deployment and support throughout the device lifecycle all need to be considered from the start,” said Ashish Panjabi, COO of Jacky’s Group.
At GITEX, the team will be available to discuss these requirements with organisations equipping new teams, refreshing existing mobile fleets or introducing digital workflows.
