From the COO’s Desk: Turning Innovation into Impact

As we look back at GITEX Global 2025, one thing stands out — the conversations we had this year weren’t about the next big gadget, but about what comes next for business. Across industries, leaders are focusing on technology that lasts longer, performs reliably, and truly supports the way teams work today.

At Jacky’s Business Solutions, our presence at GITEX alongside partners like Samsung wasn’t just about showcasing new devices or solutions. It was about listening — to what our customers need to strengthen their operations and build resilience for the future. From rugged mobility and enterprise security to robotics and automation, every discussion pointed towards smarter, more sustainable technology adoption.

Security, reliability, and longevity remain at the heart of these conversations. Samsung’s Galaxy Tab Active5 and Knox platform, for instance, sparked strong interest among enterprises seeking trusted, manageable, and secure Android solutions. At the same time, our long-term collaboration with Ajman Municipality was recognised once again — a reminder that digital transformation succeeds when built on consistent partnership and shared purpose.

We also saw how robotics is moving from concept to everyday use. Temi , our autonomous service robot, continues to demonstrate practical value — whether in education, healthcare, or hospitality — thanks to our ongoing collaboration with Robocore. As automation becomes more human-centred, our role is to ensure it serves real needs and creates meaningful efficiencies.

Beyond GITEX, innovation continues across sectors. In Abu Dhabi, a leading oil and gas manufacturer recently adopted the BigRep Studio G2 industrial 3D printer, signalling how advanced manufacturing is reshaping local production and design. At the same time, new additions to our product line — such as Microsoft’s Surface Pro12 and the BRM Ultra laser cutters — highlight our focus on bringing smarter, faster, and more flexible technologies to the UAE market.

We also signed a contract with Printpac to upgraded its existing HP Service Contract to a comprehensive HP Parts Contract for its printers, marking another milestone in their long-standing partnership.

Across all these developments, one message is clear: the pace of change is accelerating, and readiness is no longer optional. Whether it’s adopting AI-enabled devices, upgrading IT infrastructure, or integrating robotics into daily operations, the decisions we make today define how prepared we are for tomorrow.

At Jacky’s, we remain committed to helping organisations across the region make that transition with confidence — bridging innovation with practicality, and technology with real business outcomes.

Warm regards,

Ashish Panjabi
