Jacky;s Business Solutions deployed its robots around SIAL Middle East 2021, recognised as the fastest growing food, beverage and hospitality event in the MENA region. The event which took place between 7 to 9 December, 2021 at ADNEC (Abu Dhabi) brought together a large number of sector experts and visitors keen to witness and be a part of the exhibition’s features and activities.
Jacky’s showcased it complete range of robots including the humanoid robot, Pepper from Softbank Robotics; Double 3 telepresence robots and Temi – the personal robot, as well as cleaning robots Whiz and the disinfecting robot. In addition Bellabot and Kettybot robots from Pudu Robotics were on display at the World Gourmet Show.
In addition to interacting with SIAL exhibitors and visitors, the robots Pepper, Double 3 and Temi displayed pertinent information around the show including features, events, floor map, directions and pertinent information around the show.
The Disinfecting Robot disinfected the halls twice a day while Softbank’s Whiz vacuumed once a day. All in all, the robots were a demonstration of how this technology works alongside humans, provides a cleaner and safer environment for everyone at the event.
This year, SIAL ME witnessed an increase of 10 percent in the number of UAE exhibition and hosted five exciting programs: The Hosted buyers program, the Abu Dhabi Date Palm Exhibition, UAE National Coffee Championships, SIAL Innovation and the inaugural World Gourmet Show – Abu Dhabi.
