Jacky’s Business Solutions introduced Plural Avatar solutions from Humanizing Technologies at its stand in Global DevSlam during the very busy Gitex earlier this October. In addition to the new digital avatar solution that can be deployed on any device including all the robots that Jacky’s represents were quite popular as were Pepper and Temi.
In addition to exploring new partnerships to develop new applications for its range of robots, Jackys showcased its robots on other stands at the mega show including on DEWA.
Tim Schuster, who attended the event for the first time with Jacky’s also bestowed a special award to recognise the partnership between the two companies. He commented, “We wanted to acknowledge the (almost) four years of trustful and intensive partnership between the two companies, creating innovative use cases to push public life robotics into a market. Jacky’s has supported us and we see that it works well and together we have achieved good projects in the past. At Gitex, we are seeing the possibilities of new projects as a result of the partnership.”
According to Schuster, the new Plural Digital Avatars has been quite well received and the two companies see a lot of opportunities with these interactive avatars.
Both Jacky’s COO, Ashish Panjabi, and Humanizing Technologies’ CEO, Tim Schuster, also participated in a Tech Talks’ panel discussion around the future of robotics and AI.
