In 2019, Jacky’s launched its robot “hospital” for Softbank Robotics Pepper robot and that has now expanded to include service support for Temi Robots. The facility will enable businesses to get spare parts and support services from qualified engineers without needing to go to the manufacturer.
According to Manoj Ganapathy, manager for the VMS division at Jacky’s Business Solutions, as the number of robots get adopted by more businesses, it was important to ensure that service and support was seamless too.
Jacky’s team of engineers have undergone training to be able to offer the right level of first line support to its customers.
The robot service centre was launched originally to support Softbank’s robots around the region. The facility based in Dubai offers service, repairs and spare body parts for the wide range of robots already installed around the region.
