Massivit officially launched Massivit 10000 3D additive tooling system at JEC World 2022

Massivit launched its Massivit 10000 additive tooling system at JEC World this year. Designed to overcome recognized tooling bottlenecks in composites manufacturing, the Massivit 10000 automates and shortens conventional composites tooling processes that are slow, costly, wasteful, and heavily reliant on manual skilled labour.

The Massivit 10000 is a large-volume additive manufacturing system that shifts the paradigm for large tooling by significantly shortening mould-production time, using Massivit 3D’s Cast-In-Motion (CIM) technology. It provides geometry freedom for highly efficient designs as well as digital accuracy. The Massivit 10000 is designed to address the tooling requirements of a range of industries including marine, rail, automotive, defence, and aerospace as well as sporting goods, bath ware, and furniture.

17 pre-orders have been made to date – two of which include beta agreements with Kanfit (manufacturers of composite material parts for key players in the global aviation market) and Lyons (specialists in luxury bath ware). Massivit 3D will deliver Massivit 10000 systems to customers starting in H2 2022.
